Work Place Location: Garuga Office, Entebbe

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, inspect, count, label and record incoming stock and issue Goods Received Notes where required.
• Maintain stock registers, location records, transfer records and periodic physical counts.
• Release goods only against authorised documentation and obtain delivery or handover evidence.
• Report discrepancy, damage, loss, unauthorised movement or custody risk immediately.
• Perform approved collections and deliveries with receipts, chain-of-custody evidence and expense support.
• Submit inventory reports to the Business Development Manager.
