PROCUREMENT REFERENCE NO: KMC/715/WRKS/SUIDAC/FY/2026-/2027/00001
Koboko Municipal council has received funds from the European Union through Cities Alliance/UNOPS for implementation of projects under open domestic bidding for financial year 2026/2027.
Koboko Municipal Council now invites sealed bids from eligible and competent firms and companies for the projects detailed below.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with open domestic bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda’s PPPDA Act 2003 and the European Union practical guide for procurement, consistent with the approved project design.
Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents in English upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000. Payment should be through IRAS System, and a general receipt should be obtained from the Koboko Municipal Council cashier. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security information of a bank guarantee.
Bids must be addressed to: Procurement and Disposal unit.

Late submissions will not be accepted.
NB: Koboko Municipal Council is not bound to accept the Lowest or any bid.
