The International Organization for Migration (IOM) invites interested and eligible vendors to submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) in respect of provision of the requirements described below.
The purpose of the REOI is to identify and pre-qualify competent shelter service providers capable of providing temporary accommodation and integrated protection services to up to 80 Victims of Trafficking (VoTs) over a six-months implementation period in the targeted locations.
The selected service providers will be expected to accommodate and provide protection services to beneficiaries primarily originating from or identified within:
- Arua District
- Nebbi District
- Ntoroko District
However, service providers should also have the capacity to receive referrals from other locations across Uganda where protection needs arise

Note: Applicants should also submit a comprehensive indicative implementation timeline/workplan outlining how services will be delivered throughout the engagement period. Given the limited implementation timelines under the project, providers should indicate their capacity to accelerate activities where necessary |
