Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review specifications of the proposed designs and protect equipment.
- Manage all projects’ architectural and technical records.
- Ensure th8t construction work complies with drawings, specifications, and codes.
- Supervise contractors and subcontractors for technical accuracy and quality within time and cost.
- Monitor safety compliance based on national regulations and project-specific safety plans.
- Submit project reports to the Project Engineer.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Honors bachelor’s degree in architecture
- Other requirements
- Should have experience in the design and construction of educational facilities;
- The applicant shall be computer literate and knowledgeable m the use of standard architectural software, e.g.. ArchiCAD. AutoCAD.
- Experience in undertaking similar roles for similar infrastructure projects.
- Experience
- At least eight (8) years of experience as an Architect, 3 of which should be as a registered Architect with the Architect Registration Board (ARB).

- Proficient In using relevant computer packages;
- Teamwork & team building;
- Ability to multitask effectively;
