Job Title: Associate Il- Business Development, Bancassurance

Department: Business Development

Reports To: Assistant Manager, Bancassurance

Job Summary

To drive the sales and growth of General Insurance products through the Bank’s channels by developing strong customer relationships, training bank staff, and ensuring excellent service delivery to both the bank and its clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, insurance, marketing or a related discipline from a reputable university.
• Professional qualification(s) in insurance, e.g. Cll & Diploma in Insurance, is an added advantage

Experience

• At least three (3) years’ experience in insurance sales, preferably Bancassurance or General insurance.
• Good knowledge of General Insurance products and regulations.
