JOB SUMMARY
On behalf of our client in the hospitality sector, we’re seeking a results-driven Business Development Partner to expand corporate relationships and boost revenue across media, experiential marketing, and corporate catering.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4+ years in sales or business development with a proven deal- closing track record.
• Strong Kampala corporate and hospitality network with exceptional pitching and negotiation skills.
• High proficiency in CRMS, digital communication, and proposal creation.
• Kampala-based, fully mobile, self-driven, and comfortable with commission-based pay.
