International University of East Africa (IUEA) is hiring Call Centre Representative (2) to handle inbound inquiries, make outbound calls to leads, and guide prospective students through the application process with warmth and professionalism.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries from prospective students
  • Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns
  • Provide accurate information about programs, admission requirements, and fees
  • Schedule campus tours and appointments with admissions counselors
  • Follow up on incomplete applications and nurture leads
  • Update CRM with call notes and lead status
  • Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion
  • Escalate complex inquiries to Sales Lead

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 1-2 years in call centre, customer service, or sales
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Basic computer skills and CRM experience
  • Ability to work shifts including evenings and Saturdays
  • Target-oriented mindset
  • Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets proficient
