Job Description

• Manage raw material stores, finished goods warehouses, stock dispatch, and inventory accuracy to ensure seamless logistical performance in Namanve.
• Provide end to end operational oversight of warehouse teams, resources, and storage workflows while safeguarding product integrity, workplace safety, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate cross functional logistics activities to minimize waste, eliminate delays, and support production targets and customer delivery expectations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage raw material storage, finished goods warehousing, stock dispatch, and inventory accuracy across the facility.
• Supervise warehouse personnel by setting clear daily targets, allocating duties based on competence, and conducting thorough shift handovers.
• Resolve operational disruptions, stock discrepancies, and equipment stoppages swiftly while preserving food safety and product quality standards.
• Enforce strict adherence to standard operating procedures, hygiene protocols, safety regulations, and stock authorization limits.
• Translate commercial orders, production demands, and delivery schedules into prioritized daily and weekly warehousing tasks.
• Maintain complete, traceable, and accurate digital and physical documentation including shift logs, stock movements, and audit records.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align supply, receipt, and dispatch timelines and resolve coordination gaps early.
• Control operating costs and resource use by eliminating stock damage, unnecessary waste, and avoidable overtime.
• Investigate recurring inventory variances and operational bottlenecks to implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions.

Education Qualifications & Experience

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Procurement and Logistics, Industrial or Production Engineering, Food Science and Technology, Commerce, or a closely related discipline
• Higher Diploma, Ordinary Diploma, or technical credential via UBTEB or TVET in a relevant technical, business, or logistics discipline combined with substantial supervisory experience
• Relevant professional certifications in warehousing, quality management, safety, or supervisory leadership, or equivalent accredited international qualifications

Experience

• 4+ years managing high volume warehouse operations.
