A security monitoring company is looking for responsible, attentive and computer-literate ladies to join our 24/7 Control Room team in Entebbe, Uganda.
LOCATION & SHIFTS
- Applicants must live in Entebbe or be willing to relocate at their own arrangement.
- Rotating day, evening and night shifts, including weekends when scheduled.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge is a MUST, including:
- Basic +/-/x and SUM formulas
- Changing fonts and formatting
- Sorting and filtering
- Working with Excel tables
- Accurate data entry
Advanced Excel knowledge is not required.
IDEAL CANDIDATE

- Fast learner and good communicator
- Calm and professional under pressure
- Able to follow procedures and take responsibility
- Comfortable working rotating shifts, including nights.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor vehicles/assets and security monitoring systems
- Identify and respond to alerts and incidents
- Escalate issues when required
- Maintain accurate logs, reports and Excel records
- Conduct clear shift handovers
- Communicate professionally with supervisors and clients
- Maintain confidentiality and remain alert throughout the shift.
EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in security monitoring, control rooms, fleet tracking, administration, customer service, hospitality, reception or call centres is an advantage.
- Training on our monitoring systems will be provided.
