Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Timely preparation of the project’s regular progress reports.
- Continuous assessment of project risks and remedial actions.
- Track procurement planning and reporting.
- Organize periodic evaluation meetings with the relevant stakeholders regarding the progress of the activities, the challenges encountered, and possible solutions;
- Timely reporting to the Supervisor
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- An honors bachelor’s degree in business administration, humanities, or a related field
- A postgraduate diploma in monitoring and evaluation.
- Experience
- At least five (5) years of experience in a similar role in a public or private organization.
Competencies
- Good Communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in using relevant computer packages;
- Teamwork and team building;
- Excellent in writing reports.
- High integrity
