Operations & Partnerships Associate

Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end driver lifecycle from acquisition to retention
- Implement data-driven strategies to ensure driver availability and efficiency
- Oversee daily ride operations to deliver excellent service
- Analyze operational and trip data to identify improvements
- Build partnerships that add value for drivers, riders and the business
- Collaborate across teams and support projects and initiatives that drive growth
Requirements:
- A degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
- 3+ years’ operational experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in tech, transport, or sharing economy is an advantage
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
