Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandan Scholars to pursue studies at Undergraduate level in Pakistan Universities for 2026/2027 Academic Year under the Pakistan Technical Assistance Programme (PTAP).

Procedure of Application
1. Download the application from the Ministry of Economic Affairs’ Website at www.ead.gov.pk (Admission Under PTAP > Application Form for Foreign Students for Admission (2026 – 2027) Under PTAP (UPDATED) which should preferably be typed or printed.
2. Submit in quadruple, along with the following documents:
- A ‘Level Slip
- Recent passport size photographs (4 Copies)
- Photocopy of the Bio-data page of the Passport
- Filled application forms should be delivered to:
