Responsibilities:
- Staff Coordination & HR Functions.
- Conduct daily ward rounds and oversee infection control practices.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing programs, schedules, and objectives aligned with KMCH goals.
- Lead development and revision of nursing procedure guides to improve care quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Midwifery, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Added Advantage: Postgraduate qualification (Diploma or Master’s) in Health Services Management, Administration, or related field.
- Must be registered with UNMC and hold a valid practising licence
- 3-5 years of progressive nursing experience, including prior senior/supervisory role.
