Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage protect documentation, record-keeping, and/or filing system.
- Support the timely replenishment of office sundries.
- Participate in preparing project progress reports and work plans.
- Establish clear systems for initiating all project office procurements and maintaining offices, assets, and equipment.
- Maintain an inventory of all protect assets and equipment.
- Provide logistical support to the project staff.
- Perform other related job tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

- An honors bachelor’s degree in humanities from a recognized university
- Requirement
- An MBA or a master’s in management will be an added advantage.
- Experience
- At least five years of proven practical experience in project administration in a reputable organization or institution.
