Project Administrator – Makerere University

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage protect documentation, record-keeping, and/or filing system.
  • Support the timely replenishment of office sundries.
  • Participate in preparing project progress reports and work plans.
  • Establish clear systems for initiating all project office procurements and maintaining offices, assets, and equipment.
  • Maintain an inventory of all protect assets and equipment.
  • Provide logistical support to the project staff.
  • Perform other related  job tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Career development resources
  • An honors bachelor’s degree in humanities from a recognized university
  • Requirement
  • An MBA or a master’s in management will be an added advantage.
  • Experience
  • At least five years of proven practical experience in project administration in a reputable  organization or institution.
