Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review bills of quantities, specifications, and payment certificates.
- Check the progress of the works as presented by the contractor and consultant using the Earned Value Methodology.
- Monitor services performed by the contractors and supervision consultants.
- Undertake regular site visits, participate m monthly site meetings, and provide detailed reporting
- Check regular disbursement schedules for construction works.
- Verify any claims made by the contractors
- Carry out appraisals on the work and do value engineering to determine where funds can be utilized for better project delivery.
- Check payment certificates lor contractors and consultants.
- Submit timely reports to the Supervisor
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- An honors bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying Other requirements
- Practical experience in quantity surveying practice or related duties in a public or private institution.
- Experience in the use of ICT project planning tools like Primvera. MS Project, or equivalent.
- Experience
- At least eight (8) years, 3 of which should be as a registered Surveyor with the Surveyor’s Registration Board

- Good Communication, leadership and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in using relevant computer packages;
- Teamwork and team building;
- High integrity
