NOVA Microfinance Limited is seeking energetic, results-driven, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Relationship Officers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new customers.
• Promote NOVA Microfinance products and services.
• Conduct customer verification and monitoring.
• Monitor loan repayments and portfolio quality.
• Achieve assigned sales, disbursement, collection, and portfolio targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Microfinance, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, customer relationship management, microfinance, banking, or financial services is an added advantage.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to meet challenging targets and work effectively in the field.
• Good knowledge of the local business environment.
• Ability to ride a motorcycle and possession of a valid riding permit is an added advantage.
