Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• At least three years’ insurance sales experience.
• Experience leading and managing sales teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Certificate of Proficiency is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead and manage Sales Agents, grow the customer base, support client servicing, coordinate activations and manage client portfolios.
