Reports to Store Manager

Direct Reports to All VIP Style Consultants, MTM Coordinator, Coffee & VIP Host

Purpose: The Store Manager’s deputy on the shop floor – running shift-level standards, customer service and section coordination in real time.

Key Responsibilities

• Run the floor during trading hours: stalf positioning, break rotas, replenishment, queue and till support.
• Coach VIP Style Consultants in real time on styling-led selling and brand service standards.
• Own daily opening/closing floor checklists (Section 4) when the Store Manager is off-site
• Escalate stock shortages, customer complaints or safety issues to the Store Manager immediately.
• Support the Made-to-Measure Coordinator and Coffee & VIP Host with staffing during busy periods.
• Step in on the till or shop floor as needed -a hands-on role, not purely supervisory.

Requirements & Profile

• 1-2+ years supervisory experience in retail or hospitality.
• Strong product knowledge or the ability to learn the full range quickly across categories.
• Calm under pressure, comfortable coaching peers.

Key Performance Indicators (KPls)

• Floor presentation/VM standard score on daily walk-troughs.
• Section replenishment turnaround time (stockroom to floor)
• Team coaching – % of VIP Style Consultants meeting styling-led selling standard on observed shifts.
• Incident/complaint escalation response time.
