Reports to Floor Supervisor

Purpose: Runs the fragrance counter and luggage/leather goods area, both high-value, low-frequency categories requiring product expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver knowledgeable fragrance consultations (families of scent, longevity, occasion-matching) rather than generic pitching.
• Maintain fragrance testers, hygiene and stock rotation; manage breakages/spoilage records.
• Present and sell luggage and leather goods with attention to craftsmanship detail, care instructions and warranty terms
• Handle gift-purchase service (wrapping, gift receipts) for both categories.
• Keep high-value stock secured and accurately counted given shrinkage risk in this category.

Requirements & Profile

• Retail experience in fragrance, accessories or luxury goods preferred
• Meticulous, well-presented, confident with high-spend customers.

Key Performance Indicators (KPls)

• Section sales vs. target across fragrance and luggage/leather.
• Shrinkage rate on high-value stock, tracked against the loss-prevention log.
• Gift-service and attach-rate performance (complementary items)
